7. Product availability
If a product ordered is totally or partially unavailable, the Supplier will promptly inform the Purchaser via email, offering either replacement with an equivalent product or a full refund of the amounts paid.
8. Limitation of liability
The Supplier shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by force majeure, unforeseeable events, or malfunctions attributable to third-party service providers (such as couriers, hosting providers, payment gateways).
In such cases, the Purchaser shall only be entitled to a refund of amounts paid, where applicable, and shall not be entitled to any further compensation.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity

Return shipping costs for exchanges are borne by the Purchaser, unless otherwise indicated by Outlet Europe Shop. The Supplier may request photographic evidence before authorizing the exchange.
